Jason K. Gregoire-Sylvan – Creative Strategist | Youth Advocate | Data-Driven Problem Solver

Welcome—and thank you for taking the time to learn more about my story.

My name is Jason K. Gregoire-Sylvan. At the core of everything I do is a passion for creativity and a deep curiosity about how people connect—with ideas, with one another, and with the world around them. My professional journey has been anything but linear, and that’s what makes it so powerful. From creative arts and education to marketing strategy, web development, and nonprofit work, I’ve cultivated a diverse set of experiences that allow me to approach challenges from multiple angles and build meaningful solutions that have real impact.

Where It All Began
My interest in creativity and data emerged during my time at Vitalicious, Inc., where I joined the marketing team to help develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Our goal was to better understand our customers—not just what they were buying, but why. That led to Project Mindmapping, an initiative I helped design that used consumer data to identify high-potential sales regions and align our campaigns with actual customer behavior. The results were measurable and exciting: we boosted revenue and launched more targeted, impactful marketing efforts. It was during this project that I realized the potential of combining creativity with analytics. I began exploring backend web development, self-teaching tools like Dreamweaver, Microsoft Essentials, and Java-based design software. I eventually transitioned to building my own websites—DaTicketPlug.com, WaterNotesBaby.com, and ProvisionConsulting.co, just to name a few—all focused on giving artists, small businesses, and independent entrepreneurs a digital presence with built-in data-tracking capabilities.

Creativity Meets Community
While I was diving into tech and analytics, another part of me remained deeply connected to community service and education. After the birth of my first child, I accepted a position with the Learning Through the Expanding Arts Program (LEAP) in the Bronx. That experience opened my eyes to the transformative power of the arts in education. I watched classrooms shift from disengaged and disconnected to fully active, energized spaces—all because students were given permission to learn through creativity.

Since then, I’ve worked with several youth development organizations across New York and Florida, including Henry Street Settlement, YouthBuild, Youth Unleashed, and AmeriCorps. At YouthBuild alone, we helped increase graduation rates by 400%. But even more rewarding was witnessing the personal transformations—seeing young people light up with confidence, purpose, and a sense of direction.

A Vision for the Future: GrowtheArts Project
Inspired by those experiences, I launched the GrowtheArts Project—a creative initiative designed to build pathways from education to employment through artistic engagement. My long-term vision is to cultivate a global network of artists, youth, educators, and innovators who can share resources, collaborate across cultures, and inspire one another to grow—both creatively and professionally.

I believe that art is not just a form of expression; it’s a tool for transformation. Through the GrowtheArts Project, I aim to build platforms that connect people, tell stories, and spark innovation—regardless of geography, background, or language.

What I’m Looking For
I’m currently seeking opportunities that align with my values: creativity, community, and impact. Whether it’s through remote work, collaborative partnerships, consulting projects, or full-time roles, I’m always looking to join teams and organizations that are forward-thinking, mission-driven, and committed to making a difference.

I bring with me a flexible and resourceful mindset, years of multidisciplinary experience, and a genuine love for helping people turn ideas into reality. I thrive in roles that allow me to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution—whether that's in marketing, program development, educational consulting, or creative direction.

Let’s Connect
If you’re an organization, artist, educator, or entrepreneur interested in working together—or if you simply want to exchange ideas—I’d love to hear from you. I’m passionate about creative problem solving, cross-cultural collaboration, and helping people and projects reach their full potential.

Let’s create something bold, authentic, and impactful—together.
